Hello
On a freshly installed new HDD(Linux Mint "Debian" - 201303 MATE
32-bit)fails to boot the installed system without intervention. When using
Super GRUB2 Disk I can 'find' the grub.cfb and boot(then operate)
successfully.

Code: [Select]
GNU GRUB version 2.00

(hd0,msdos3)/boot/grub/core.img
(hd0,msdos1)/grub/core.img

How do I repair the condition so the installed system will
boot without using Super GRUB2 Disk?

FWIW
I've tried, yet failed when following the instruction seen here: http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/245

Usually from installed system you can just do:
Code: [Select]
grub-install /dev/sda
where sda is your hard disk.

. If it doesn't work force grub-pc package reinstallation and try again.
